Customer service at Mississippi Cheese Straws is absolutely perfect. I accidentally doubled an online order on a Sunday afternoon when the company was closed and discovered my error after the order was placed. I called early on Monday to correct the order and they handled the problem very pleasantly and retrieved and credited the order even though it was already packaged for pickup.
