Yazoo City ain't grandmother's cheese straws; but they're as close as I can find; commercially - besides - they ain't available above Mason Dixon Line.....))

Its rare that i have time to make my own cheese straws as i have done forever. Now i have an alternative and as a gift or for a nosh, you couldn't do better.

I am a Southener who lives in Canada, so always buy these to remind me of home. I highly recommend them!

The cheese straws are delicious. I took two tins for my daughter who lives in Hawaii, all of us enjoyed them tremendously. They were fresh and had just right amount of spice, needless to say, they did not last long. It's a perfect gift to take from Mississippi, a little bit of home no matter where you are.
