Purchased to add as part of a welcome gift bags for out of state wedding guests. Wanted some Mississippi snacks for guests to snack on at the hotel and the lemon cheese straws were enjoyed by all.

I was pleasantly surprise with this cookie. I was expecting a very tart taste. However, the cookie had a light lemon taste that went well with the powdered sugar. I'm not a big fan of sour or tangy taste sensation so I enjoyed these cookies immensely.
