I purchased a small pack to taste test; then order several for Christmas gifts. They are light and sweet/tart. Good at the end of a meal or as a snack. Goes well with coffee or tea.

I was looking online for companies that carried Key Lime cookies. A friend of mine brought some delicious key lime cookies to work and we all thought they were delicious. That was a few years ago and I couldn't remember where she got them. So I did an online search for key lime cookies and was surprised when one of the websites that came up was Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory. I wasn't looking for cheese straws, though I absolutely love them, I was looking for key lime cookies. I clicked on the link and took a look at the products the company offered and to my surprise, they had key lime cookies! I thought, OK, this company is called Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory, how good could their key lime cookies be? I thought I would give them a try and I am glad that I did! Now it's my turn to take some of these delicious cookies to work and share them!
